Suspension magnets hang above a conveyor belt and pull tramp iron out of the material passing underneath, protecting crushers, screens and downstream equipment. We quote them to your belt and duty.
A suspension magnet is hung on chains or brackets over a conveyor so ferrous pieces are drawn off the burden and stick to the magnet. An overband (self-cleaning) type has a running belt around the magnet that carries the captured iron out to a discharge point. A suspended plate magnet is a fixed plate that is cleaned by hand or by swinging it clear. Overband units suit continuous, heavier tramp-iron loads; plate types suit lighter loads and easier access.

Best for liquids, sauces, pastes and slurries moving through a pipe, where fine iron must be caught in-line. The trap sits in the pipeline; magnetic bars inside catch ferrous fines and are pulled out for cleaning through a lid.
