# Liquid-line magnetic traps

A stainless trap fitted into the pipeline. Rare-earth bars inside catch iron fines from liquids, sauces, pastes and slurries, and lift out for cleaning.

## FAQ

**What can a liquid trap handle?** Liquids, sauces, syrups, pastes and slurries moving in a pipe. Tell us the viscosity and temperature so we can size it.
**Flange or thread?** Either. Match your existing pipework; we make both.
**How is it cleaned?** Open the quick-release lid and slide each magnet assembly out, then wipe off the iron.
**What pressure can it take?** It depends on size and lid type. Ask for the rating for your line before ordering.
**Can it be 316 stainless?** Yes, 316 is available on request for corrosive products or heavy washdown.
**How many bars do I need?** Standard traps carry 5, 7 or 9 bars depending on size. Finer contamination may need more contact; we advise per product.
